I am so excited about the start of Friendship Festival on Friday that I can’t get a song out of my head. Maybe you know it: 
 
Make new friends, but keep the old.  
One is silver, and the other, gold.

Friendship Festival will be a time to celebrate with the friends you already have, and to make new friends. There will be delightful decorations, extra Quests, and, of course lots of colorful Friendship Bracelets scattered all over Pandanda for you to collect. When you have enough Friendship Bracelets, you can visit Lucy at the Fishing Hole to trade them for special Friendship Fest prizes.

And don’t forget, the Pandanda Forecasters predict we will have another heavy snow just in time for Friendship Festival. So don’t pack away your warm clothes just yet!

Hi, Panda Pals!

I am excited to tell you about some new Account Management features we have added to the Pandanda website. You can follow that link to get there, or go to the Membership page, then click on Manage Account in the menu. You do not have to be an Elite member to use Account Management. This is for everyone!

Once on the Account Management page, you can login with your Panda name and password to access the features. You can check your membership status if you are an Elite member. If you have a recurring monthly Elite membership it will tell you the date your membership will next renew on. You will also see a link to cancel your recurring membership.

If you have a non-renewing Elite membership (for example, a 6 or 12 month Elite, or an Elite bought with a Gift Certificate) it will tell you the date your membership will expire. Since it is not necessary to cancel a non-renewing Elite membership, you will not see a cancellation link.

Also on the Account Management page, you can see the email address that you used when you created your account, the date that you created your account, and the chat mode your account is in, either Safe or Filtered.

You can now change your chat mode yourself! Simply click the link where it says “To change your Chat Mode preference”. An email will be sent to the address your account is registered to. That email has a link that you must click to complete the Chat Mode change. If you changed your mind, and don’t really want to change your Chat Mode, you can just delete that email, and your Chat Mode will remain the way it was.

If you change your mind after you have already clicked the link in the email, don’t worry! You can log back into your Account Management page and change your Chat Mode again!

If you need to contact Customer Support with any questions or comments about your account or about Pandanda, you can click the link where it says “To contact Customer Support”.

Sheriff Steele has a bit of important advice he wants to share with you. Take it away, Sheriff!

Sheriff Steele here! Pandanda Citizens, it is very important that you keep your Pandanda password completely private. Remember, when you tell someone your password, you are letting them go on your account and do pretty much anything they want. Is it worth taking the chance of having them sell all of your things, or even getting you banned? Your account is YOUR responsibility. Keep it safe! Sheriff Steele, signing off!

Hey there, friends!

Well, the groundhog saw his shadow on Groundhog Day, which means six more weeks of winter. The Pandanda weather forecasters had thought things were warming up in Pandanda, but they now agree with the groundhog’s prediction. The new weather forecast is for heavy snow to hit Pandanda again late next week, just in time for the Friendship Festival!

Maggie is so excited for more snow that she is now selling Sled Companions, along with her Horse and Pony Companions. Head over to Farmer Ned’s Barn to check them out! The sleds come in 3 color combinations, and will be just the thing for getting around Pandanda after the snowfall.

And here’s some great news for those of you who love to shop – you can now buy MORE Vault space! You can buy up to 500 more spaces, for a total of 1000 spaces. The Vault is a great place to store your summer clothes, holiday decorations, or anything else. Putting things in your Vault lets you free up space in your closet and treehouse storage for new clothing or furniture.

Wow, have you checked out the Pandanda February Calendar? We’ve got lots of things planned to help make the shortest month of the year one of the most fun months of the year!

Right off the bat, there was an awesome update in the Clothing Catalog. Lots of cool Valentine’s-themed clothes and accessories; a hockey uniform, hockey stick, and skates; new player card backgrounds, and more! And you can still buy football stuff for the Big Game on Sunday. Go Team!

Zing will be leaving this Sunday, so make sure you have collected 10 Golden Tickets and traded them to him for his 4th and final prize. Once he leaves, his prizes are gone forever!

We will celebrate the power of friendship during the Friendship Festival, which begins on February 10th. You’ll have 18 days to collect friendship bracelets to trade for cool Friendship Fest prizes. And on Valentine’s Day, the 14th, we will have a Red and Pink Color Day.

I’ve got some special parties planned for Super Questers this month! On the 17th, all pandas who have reached Level 75 will be able to party with me on Palm Server. Then on the 24th, everyone at Level 50 and above will get their chance to party! There will be two party times on each of those days, so pandas all over the world should have a chance to participate.

Game Day returns on the 18th, with double coins on multiplayer games, and lots of chances to win Panda Gold from me and the Moderators in Ghosts of Misty Hill and Bunny Chase.

Dress up in purple, green, yellow, and gold for Mardi Gras Color Day on the 21st, then end that week with a super Free Elite Member Day!

Hey friends!

Well, the Snowmen have marched out of Pandanda and back to their snowy hideaway. And it looks like they’ve taken a lot of the snow with them!

The snow is starting to melt away, revealing the ground and streets beneath. The Fishing Hole has thawed, and the ice skating rink at Harvest Grove is closed for the season. But it’s still pretty chilly around Pandanda, especially with pandas carrying around Zing’s new prize. Hope you’ve got some gloves or mittens – brrrr!!

Can you believe January is almost over? The month went by so fast! February will be here soon, and it’s going to be fantastic! It may be the shortest month of the year, but it is going to be PACKED with fun – the Friendship Festival, Game Day, Free Elite Member Day, Valentine’s and Mardi Gras Color Days, plus more! More? Yep, more! Keep reading my blog for updates!

Kung hei fat choi (which means “Congratulations and wishing you prosperity”)! Today is Chinese/Lunar New Year, celebrating the beginning of the Year of the Dragon!

Let’s celebrate Chinese New Year and the Year of the Dragon today by filling Pandanda with dragons! Take your pet dragon for a walk, fill the skies with dragon Companions, wear your dragon helmet, carry your dragon staff!

I will be taking my pet dragon Phoenix for a walk around 9:00am Pandanda Time today, and wishing everyone a Happy Chinese New Year. I hope I get a chance to see you!

Oh, don’t forget to visit Zing Ballyhoo for his 3rd prize this week. I think he’s trying to turn us all into snowmen! If you want to really be a snowman, visit Paige in Bear Hollow to buy a Frosty Potion. Yep, the Frosty Potions are available to everyone during March of the Snowmen, so this is your chance to stock up!

They’re here, they’re here! The Snowmen have arrived and they are marching everywhere! Keep an eye out for them, because they don’t usually watch where they are going, and might march right over you. Luckily, they are pretty soft!

I hope everyone will enjoy discovering all the funny snowmen around Pandanda, and working on the extra Quests. I’m going to be announcing some Quest Levels parties soon, so get those Levels!

Pandanda may feel colder tomorrow, with the arrival of the amazing Marching Snowmen! Everywhere you look you will find snowmen of all shapes and sizes. You can make them feel really welcome by wearing Zing’s prizes – the snowglobe hat and snowman t shirt!

The snowmen will bring along 2 extra Quests each day, which can help you reach your next Quest Level a little bit faster!

There are some big American football games coming up in the next couple of weeks, so we’ve updated the clothing and tree house catalogs with items to help you celebrate. You can wear the colors of your favorite team, and decorate your treehouse to match. Get your friends together and have a team party in your treehouse!

Hi Friends!

Have you gotten Zing Ballyhoo’s second prize yet? It looks like Zing has snow on his mind – he must be looking forward to March of the Snowmen on Friday. Pandanda will be visited by Snowmen marching slowly all over the island (well, maybe not at Coconut Beach – they’d melt!) Plus, there will be extra Quests for you to do all 10 days that the Snowmen are marching!

This Wednesday is another Wacky Outfit Day! Go through your Pandanda closet and pick out the craziest, silliest, most miss-matched outfit you can find, then celebrate your wackiness with all your wacky friends! Take a picture of you and your friends doing something wacky (but keep it appropriate!) and send your picture to screenshots@pandanda.com. I’ll pick the wackiest to go in my Blog!
